Privacy policy

What we collect, how we use it, and who we share with.

Plain English. No fake law firm on the letterhead. The practices below describe what the marketing site, the FundSolve platform, and the affiliate channels actually do today — written for the small operators who deserve to read it without a translator.

Section 01 · What we collect

Information you give us.

The marketing site (jgmcnl-... routes) collects information you type into a form or landing tool: your name, mobile, email, business type, filing data, and so on. The FundSolve platform (fundsolve.polsia.app) collects the data you authorize when you open an account — password, legal name, business entity identifiers, and the credit profile data you choose to send through the platform.

Diagnostic tools (Funding Readiness Score, Payroll ROI Qualifier, Coverage Fit Check) accept the answers you type in. The answers stay on a single practice ledger and are used to give you the read and to follow up. They are not sold.

Information we collect automatically: server logs (IP address, browser type, the way you arrived at the page), and Polsia Analytics session beacons. These are anonymous aggregates unless you sign in.

Section 02 · How we use it

To deliver the service you asked for.

The practices use collected information to (a) send the read you requested, (b) follow up within one business day, (c) maintain the file until the placement runs, and (d) improve the diagnostic tools via aggregate, de-identified analytics.

The practices do not use collected information to (a) sell your data to a third-party list, (b) target you across unrelated sites, (c) make credit decisions on data you have not authorized, or (d) message you on behalf of another practice.

Open accounts: the FundSolve platform uses the data you supply to run the router, generate plans, and ship completed plans to your inbox. Account credentials are hashed with bcrypt at the database. Session tokens are 7-day, single-use-per-session identifiers.

Section 03 · Who we share with

Third-party processors — and only those.

Neon: the database host. Stores session tokens, account records, plan data, marketing leads. Hosted infrastructure — not a recipient of your data for their purposes.

Stripe: payment processor for paid tiers on the FundSolve platform. Receives billing data only — not intake data, not diagnostic answers, not credit profile information.

Polsia Analytics: a first-party analytics beacon that records page visits and unique-visitor IDs. Anonymous aggregates only. The marketing site includes the beacon only on pages that opt in to the snippet.

For the practices under JGMCNL (capital placement, payroll, and health coverage), coverage enrollment is handled by a state-licensed agent; the agent receives the data required for the enrollment but does not resell it. If a state requires a binding quote at submission time, that is communicated before any submission goes out.

We do not sell contact data, diagnostic answers, credit profile information, or agency leads to third parties. When a future integration is wired (a CRM or marketing automation tool that handles follow-up email), the integration will be named on this page before it goes live.

Section 04 · Retention

Until you ask us to remove it.

Marketing leads (the diagnostic tools and the inquiry forms) are kept until you ask us to remove them. Account records on the FundSolve platform are kept for the lifetime of the account and for the period required by tax and audit law after closure, then deleted. Session tokens expire after 7 days.

Diagnostic answers used for the score on the Funding Readiness Score are kept at the practice ledger until you ask; they are not shared with lenders or with any party outside the practice.

Section 05 · Privacy requests

How to reach the practice.

For privacy requests, data access, correction, or deletion, contact the practice by phone at 407-716-4914 or by the forms on the practice pages. Requests are processed within a reasonable window. We do not pass the request off to a third-party processor — a specialist at the practice handles it.

This privacy policy is updated when the practices change their data handling. The most recent update is dated at the top of the page; the footer of the page includes a copyright year for the practice as a whole.

Or speak with a specialist.

For privacy questions that need a conversation, call or text a specialist at the practice.
